"This was my first time using any kind of medical online service so I was kind of skeptical. At first there was an issue with the pharmacy but after contacting HelixVM they were able to get things corrected in a timely manner. This service is great for people like me who have full time jobs and full time mommy duties. I will continue to use this service in the future."

"I had CoVid and a corneal abrasion at the same time. My local opthamologist clinic was not seeing patients in person. Go Telehealth, right? When my visit started, I began explaining what was happening, but the PA rudely interrupted me asking why I was there. Apparently, he had not looked at my chart. I explained I had CoVid and a painful corneal abrasion-- and my local opthamology clinic was not seeing patients with CoVid. I was in acute pain- my eye was visibly inflamed! Again, he asks why I came. Maybe I insulted him when I said that corticosterioids eye drops reduce inflammation, pain and prevent further injury. This was immediately refused. He then asked if I needed anything else? Hesitantly, could I have tylenol w/ hydrocodone for pain? Of course not! He would have to see my eye first! Wait, isn't this why I was there? To add insult to injury, instead of billing my insurance-- Helix charged my bank $97.00! What happened to using my insurance info that I uploaded? I called customer service and was promised three times a supervisor would return my call. Nope. But I did get two emails stating everything went just as it should, service was provided, end of discussion, pay up. The Helix PA did not hear my pain or care that his suggestion that I see a specialist was not possible. He lacked compassion and made me cry. Oh, and made no attempt at any sort of examination or interview. Hopefully, more patients will not be turned away and shamed when they are in need. "I just signed up for my account a few days ago, and this online service has been very fast and reliable. My primary doctor moved so I ran out of my long term medicine. This online company was able to review my medical history, and accepted my insurance, and was able to send a prescription to my preferred pharmacy within two days of making my account! Very pleased!"

"This place is an absolute joke. False advertising frauds. I had an appointment and confirmed with the provider where my pharmacy was, the one I input myself before the appointment. He still sent it to the wrong one. I tried calling as soon as it didn’t show up at my pharmacy, no answer. Out of over 50 calls during business hours, they’ve answered twice. Both times I was told they’d correct it. Still, no prescription at the right pharmacy. Incompetent, money driven service with no value and a talentless hack of a provider who had to resort to this business model."

"Scam / fraud. I needed a refill on my asthma inhaler and my Dr clinic was closed. I stumbled upon this and they claimed to take my insurance. They had an option to use refill without speaking with anyone. They claimed to send script to my pharmacy but it never went through (similar to others here). After repeated attempts and about a week later, they finally sent it over; by then I didn’t even need it. About a month later, they bill my instance 500 bucks and charge me close to 80. Firstly they claimed to take my insurance and then they still manage to charge me a crazy amount just for a refill. On top of that, all of my “ chart” is wrong and they falsely documented my vitals, didn’t ask me for my medical history or anything. This seems like a money mill and taking advantage of people / salon to insurance fraud (over billing). I will be filing complaints to the state licensing board among various other organizations."
