"Probably the worst experience with a doctors office I have ever had. I have had a torn hamstring for over a month now just trying to get an MRI. This office told me I should be approved no problem. That was on January 2nd. I never received a call back. Spent a week trying to get someone on the phone. When I did they said I should be fine to come in, made me an entire appointment for an MRI. They say I drive to the office they tell me it’s still something with my insurance, turns out the office NEVER sent in my paperwork for over a month never even sent it to the insurance to be approved but yet made me an MRI appointment that I drove to the office for. It has now been two MORE weeks since all of this, still can’t get a hold of anyone even when my insurance calls them. My insurance said on their end that it looks like once this office finally sent over my paperwork to be approved THIS WEEK but that they didn’t even put the correct information on there and who knows how long I will have to wait now if I’ll ever even hear back from this office or what. But it has now been over a month and a half since I injured myself and have been trying to get medical attention from this office that for some reason is impossible to get anything from at ALL."

"Difficult making appointments when do have to answer 1,000 questions 95% irrelevant to reason for visit and make you do it each visit! People making appointments not in same office so Dr and his/her staff can’t fit you in under any circumstances you’re left to mercy of scheduler’s working remotely."
