"Highly disappointed with the service provided at this office. The physician was fine, but the rest of the staff at this office is terrible. They have zero bedside manner and no compassion whatsoever. I've transferred to JOI and will not be back, nor will I ever recommend this office. I was charged for services that were not provided over a month ago and I've still yet to receive my money back. When I spoke with their billing department the representative was short and spoke in a very condescending manner... I wonder if it would be acceptable if it was their loved one being treated this way or their money they're waiting to get back. Maybe this review will help someone else in the future or maybe it will bring some attention to their management team. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING"
