"Firstly, I made an appt online to get in line and I got a confirmation saying I would be seen around 1:45. When I got there, I was told that had changed and they couldn’t see me until 4:30 & had 8 ppl in front of me. The girl at the front desk was not helpful and very rude. My husband is on my insurance and was there for same sick visit two days ago & did not have to pay anything out of pocket. They wanted to charge me over $200 to be seen. She even called to verify my insurance on speaker phone, mind you with a lobby full of patients, and embarrassed me. She still didn’t really know if I owed or not & I was trying to show her on my insurance plan benefits that I had no deductible to meet for urgent care & last time we were there they charged us over $200 for sick visit that my SAME insurance paid for the visit & Carespot had to give us a refund. She proceeded to go against that info and wanted me to pay what I did not even owe. I will never come back to this location again & will advise my family of the same."

"Nurse practitioner Tamara Chin and her nurse which I did not catch her name were outstanding and compassionate. They did not try to just give me medications and send me on my way. They alleviated my issue so that I can visit a chiropractor next week. I would have given 5 stars but the fro t desk clerk was nit friendly on her phone and dry. Not a representation of the nurses and staff."

My Nurse and the Doctor were very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They make sure that I walk out of there a with full understanding of the treatment and follow up. Good bless all of them."
