"I knew I was getting a sinus infection. The dr listened to me, gave me a z pak. One day later and already feel 1000% better. Thank you I won’t be sick for my daughter’s wedding on Sunday."
"I came to this urgent care because I was really sick with a cold and the insurance I gave the front desk was no longer active because we had just moved to the area from a different state (which I found out after I gave it to her that it was no longer active) so she logged in my account that the insurance was no longer active and it was taken care of. So I paid the fee upfront to be seen by the doctor, I get 3 tests done that cost 30 dollars each because I asked how much they cost before hand so I had an idea of how much I was going to get a bill for. I get a bill a few weeks later and it’s for a little over 1,000 dollar's which I was very confused by. They tried to run my insurance when they knew it was no longer active, so I called to challenge it and they said they would send the bill back out to be corrected, which was not an easy conversation to have with the customer service representative I was speaking to, she tried to tell me there was nothing she could do. I get another bill a few days later for 400 dollars so I called again to have it be corrected. Finally, 2 months after my visit I get the bill for the correct amount. Please if you don’t have insurance be aware of what they try to charge you and ask the price before hand so you have knowledge of what the amount should be. It makes me wonder how many people overpay when they don’t have to. However, the actual doctor who I saw was extremely nice and helpful. Just please be aware of what they try to charge you and always ask the price if you don’t have insurance/if your insurance doesn’t cover something."
"At this location, the associate at the front desk was very professional and kind. The Nurse and the Doctor who greeted me, were very kind and respectful, handled my situation and concerns with care. Would recommend to anyone who needs a check up, to pay them a busy."
"My 19 year old daughter came in today. She was very sick with the flu. She was hardly talked to, the doctor never looked in her ears nor her throat even after telling them her throat hurt. They did a flu test and sent her on her way. That is not practicing medicine. You should be ashamed of how she was treated. Will never come back. I brought my 12 year old here in November for ear pain. The doctor said it was full of sand from the beach. Said the sand would come out on its own. Never flushed his ear. Fast forward to January he came in for possibly flu. The doc looked in his ear and was shocked it was full of sand. Told her the doctor we saw in November did nothing. She couldn’t believe they didn’t flush it. She obviously had his ear flushed. This practice is so negligent."
"Horrible! Unprofessional; doesn't follow basis DOT guide lines! Failed in every way imaginable to do a simple DOT physical. Horrible! Burnt me out of $119.00. I will be filing a complaint with Florida DOT on the stupid doctor, who spent all his time on the phone, asking another doctor "how to do the DOT physical". Completely lost in performing the basic tasks. I can't say for certain, after seeing his horrible performance, that he is even certified to perform DOT physicals. When I showed them the federal guidelines for performing a DOT examination, no one wanted to see them. Do not go here for professional services! When I checked the requirements against the FMCSA manual, there is no reason he should have failed me. Just stupid incompetence. I just noticed on my reciept (posted a picture of it) that they lied! I didn't pay them for a private visit. I paid for a DOT physical. Which obviously the bumbling doctor had no clue how to do!!!"
