"Process was easy, and fast, there was a lot of availability and times to choose from to fit my schedule. The procedure itself was very fast (which is good and bad) I wish they took a little more time to explain what was going on, felt a little rushed. "I had the best experience here. I was so scared and nervous. The staff are all so nice and friendly. They walked me through every detail of tests and surgery. Surgery took 8min for both eyes! That’s insane! I could see immediately after. Instructions are clear and easy to remember. ( your post op stuff ) The front staff, the call center staff, and the techs , the doctors, everyone here were all so kind and the “ congratulations “ you receive make you feel so good. I have 20/15 vision now! After 19 years of glasses and contacts I was able to wake up and not have to reach for a pair of glasses to see! "I can see! Procedure felt like forever but was very quick. 15 minutes in and out. The only reason why I gave 4 stars was the wait getting in. My appointment was at 3:15pm and it was 5:00pm till I got in the room. Hated that."
"Staff is super friendly and will answer any questions you have! The procedure went smooth and I liked how the Doctor kept telling me the steps during it and kept checking in to make sure I was okay. The front desk ladies will make you feel comfortable! They are super personable and patient when it comes to answering any questions. Loved my experience here!"
"The experience was great. The staff and the doctors were amazing. They’re very detailed and inform you about everything. The initial consultation was done at LASIK Plus but my surgery was done here at the LASIK Vision Institute. It all depends on the schedule of the doctor, and availability to where your procedure will be done at. Both are sister locations, so it’s the same and run by the same people. Surgery was about 4K, and they have different financial options. My only regret is not getting this sooner."
