"Doctors and staff practice deliberate indifference, lie about being assigned as care coordinator when their name is on paperwork. Social worker David Crouch denied assistance to qualified 100% P&T Disabled Veteran for assistance with multiple health care provider issues. I asked for refusal of services in writing which David Crouch never provided, nor anyone else employed by V.A.. You will never get anything in writing because it would be used as evidence of deliberate and malicious intent. POS Also left voicemail with Shasta D., social worker supervisor 2/14/24 to which she hasn't responded."

"Do not go here they will waste your time the staff is not helpful at all and doctors will not be there for your appointment and will not inform you before you go so you can reschedule they rather make you waste more of your time another day."
