"Was quoted a 3h wait for a pre-employment physical at the Lee Vista Blvd location. They directed me to the website to make an “appointment”. I made an appointment specifically listed as a “pre employment physical” I arrive at this location only to be turned away and told that the provider “can’t” do physicals. I don’t even know why that would be the case and I don’t understand why they wouldn’t see that was the reason for my appointment, and call before I actually showed up. This was my third unsuccessful visit to a Care Spot for a pre-employment health screening. My start date has been delayed each time because I am unable to get these items done in a timely manner, thanks to Care Spot."

"The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Only downside is I wish they enforced a policy of no loud music and no face-time calls in the lobby. It's very rude to other guests who are there for an illness and not wanting to hear loud sounds."

"The two ladies in the front desk are extremely rude and have no customer service. I walked up and kindly said good morning and was told to move back very rudely. The lady even stared at me with a nasty face. The other lady told me there was a 5 hour wait and said I needed an X-ray when all I needed was a prescription from a doctor. I was seen in ER in less than an hour… Either have a professional urgent care or shut it down because this is no where near acceptable."
