"I agree with others . The workers seem to be VERY incompetent. This place 3 years ago was THE best ped, now ..they never answer the phone ,or email. IF they do ,they leave you on hold or to wait for millions of years ,you see the nurses/desk ladies WAY more than the doctor nowadays,& lastly when you walk in ..the desk ladies look at you stupid and don’t say anything UNLESS you say you’re there for an appointment. This place SUCKS."

And it’s all good and well to respond to reviews on here, but everyone knows that that’s just a marketing scheme. Of course they’re going to respond to negative reviews because they want to save face. Doesn’t change the fact that these things have happened, these experiences have been experienced, and 90% of the people who go here are thoroughly dissatisfied."

"Worst place ever - took my child there to get immunizations and they didn’t even put it in FL shots. So now my new pediatrician can’t go figure out what shots she had. Tried calling multiple times and nobody ever answers. This place is the WORST."

"Never had any issues here with My children. The staff are always polite and the appointments are always on time or earlier than scheduled. Dr Rafay Khan is very professional and gives you all the important information you need as a parent without complicating anything. I highly recommend this pediatric to anyone who cares about their children"
