"Good luck setting up an appointment. They never answer. Been with them for awhile always the problem. Doctors are great just the staff not on top of things."
"I was not a new patient. I have called and left multiple messages with this location to get an appointment and i have been ignored. And this is not the first time either. I have left multiple messages in the past and never call backs. This location on 2 separate occasions took at least a month to send in an important referal i really needed. i have no issue with the doctor, but either her staff or the way they do business needs to be changed up. So be aware if you decide to go here."
"Love the staff and both the doctor and the NP. They all have taken their time with me and are really caring for my medical needs and being proactive in my care. Highly recommend. Yes sometimes there is a bit of a wait time, but that just proves the physicians are taking care and answering patients questions and concerns."
"I had to wait an entire month for a new patient. on top of waiting once I arrived at the facility the receptionist advised me that I had to be in the office 30 mins prior, which was not informed to me when I called to make the appointment, I even call two hours before my appointment to retrieve the address information and reminded the receptionist that my appointment was that same day and even mentioned at what time was my appointment, I requested another appointment they told me I had to wait another almost two months! Horrible never again!!"
