"Made an appointment online at night. Got confirmation on the website. Showed up before my appointment time to test my child for strep and was told I was not on the schedule. I checked for an alternate location and the closest was in Orlando and none had any appointments. This location only had 1 person waiting and did not have a walk in option. I was told I could be put on a list and texted when an appt was avail that could be any day this week. I live too far to wait for this. Had to go to Advent Health urgent care where my child was not turned away. Minute Clinic’s appointment and walk in practices lack empathy and caring!"

"This Minute Clinic are thieves. Went for a simple COVID 19 test and ended up with 113.23 balance. Was invited by the practitioner for additional check in (that I didn't) that she mentioned were part of the COVID 19 charge (and were FREE since covered by Insurance) but were billed $139 as additional patient visit. I dispute the charges and they didn't want to remove the charges. Avoid this clinic by any means, I was promised a call from the general manager that never happened. NEVER AGAIN. I don't refuse to pay my medical bills, I refuse to be lied at and be overcharged. Go investigate further ID#3545118A1651"

"Used to come here all the time, but suddenly since March 2023 they keep overcharging us by submitting the wrong codes to our insurance. It's such a headache to fix and then they keep billing you (that's another thing, they've suddenly become surprise billers when you used to just pay up-front)! Beware of this when coming here!"

"I had a really great experience at this Minute Clinic! My practitioner was really nice, knowledgeable, and caring. I felt like my symptoms were understood and treated accordingly. I had an eye infection and cold symptoms. I also like their check in system that updates you on your wait time so you don't have to wait in the waiting area. I'm glad I chose to come here rather than going to an urgent care center."

"Took my daughter in for an ear ache. Waited about 45 minutes. They said I came at a good time since wait times are usually much longer. A nurse practitioner saw my daughter and found she had an internal and external ear infection. Prescribed two antibiotics. One to take by pill for the internal infection and drops for the external infection. That night my daughter was in severe pain and could not sleep all night long. In the morning I took her to the ER. Several doctors checked her out and all agreed with the CVS Minute Clinic Nurse Practitioner. She has a double ear infection and have to give the medicine time to work. They did give her a prescription, a stronger pain killer to be used if only needed. She never needed it. Conclusion: Going to the ER was a waste of a couple of grand. But at least I know I can safely save allot of money going to the Minute clinic and be confident that I can get the proper treatment at a low affordable cost."
