"I went to this practice and immediately was impressed. The facility was clean and well kept. Staff is extremely polite and friendly. Dr. Isaluhme sat with me for 40 mins on my first visit. The two follow up were no different. He wanted to understand and go through my records. My first question was please prescribe pain killers that was not a narcotic. He said no problem. I saw this doctor for my first three visits and then for thoracic spinal shots. He hit the perfect spot 1st time around. Instantly and now 3 months later my pain was decreased from a constant 8 to a 4-5. Wow!!!! Now I see another doctor each month for pain management and she is so friendly and knowledgeable. One of the best doctors I’ve ever seen in the last 12 years. I have been to 4 other spinal specialist. None really concerned, staff with the exception of 2-3. was horrible and would not listen to my explanations. Had 12 spinal shots and they only worked once. I really wish I found this practice 4 years ago."

"My mom's 77 & been a patient here for about a year now. It's been non stop problems for the most part. She doesn't receive narcotics but she has tried everything from the ablasion procedures to the trigger point injections to no avail. The staff doesn't seem to care about the patients at all other than to upsale a pot card or recommend expensive, temporary, & ineffective procedures to bill the insurance for. They also have a pretty high staff turnover rate but it seems like it's the decent & competent staff that ends up gone. My mom has had appointments canceled by their automated confirmation system w/o notice & we've had difficulty getting them rescheduled along with a really hateful attitude from a nurse when I tried to figure out what happened while rescheduling. We weren't even notified of the cancelation, I found out when I called to confirm the time. Dr. Isenalumhe is very nice & his personality has gone a long way in keeping my mom as a patient but his office practices are pretty much geared towards patients already receiving narcotics who are willing to put up with anything to get their prescriptions. When I attempted to bring these concerns to Dr. Isenalumhe's attention, he didn't really seem to take it seriously & went on to recommend another ineffective procedure to bill her insurance for. We canceled her appointment today & told them we wouldn't be returning. The nurse said it'd be a $75 fee. I told her good luck in getting it especially considering they canceled her prior appointment w/o notice."

"I am a patient of Dr. Anthony for over five years and has address all my needs associated with my back pain. Dr. Anthony is by far the best Dr. I regularly see. He truly cares about my pain and listen to what I say about how I am feeling. Never rushes through my appointment and completely understanding not only my pain. He focuses on controlling my pain needs with all the newest technologies. I would highly recommend to any person dealing with pain."

"I have been a patient here for a few years now. These guys are great!! If you are wanting pain relief without surgery, these are your guys!!! They are thorough in their assessments; they LISTEN to their patients and everyone on staff is kind and helpful. I believe that I have been able to avoid lower back and possibly neck surgery by having these guys take care of my problems. I would highly recommend. Doctor Isenalumhe is very gentle and explains everything in plain language. I have had a series of shots in my back and neck and the procedures are done in his office. He is very gentle and makes the procedure as painless as possible."

"This Pain Management doctor was recommended by my wife’s PCP for her low back pain. We expected him to be top notch. On our first visit for evaluation and course of treatment, he spent most of the time telling us how great he was, but he did recommend a course of action which involved a series of SI injections to relive the pain. The injections were supposed to be effective for 3 to 4 months. These injections required insurance approval. After 3 days I called our insurance to check on the status of the request. They hadn’t received it yet. I called the Doctor’s office to inquire on the status there. I was told the Doctor hadn’t submitted it yet. This was a Friday, so nothing happened until Monday. After it was approved, we arrived for the first injection to find out that the Doctor had requested a Bursa Injection instead of SI injection. He did an injection of some sort that was effective for 3 days. When we arrived for a second injection, it was the same story. The approval was for a Bursa injection not an SI injection. He did some sort of an injection anyway that was totally ineffective. The third injection didn’t happen! Again, he said the approval was for a Bursa not a SI injection. It became immediately apparent that even though he is the greatest, he submitted the injection request for the WRONG injection but is too arrogant to admit the mistake and correct. We don’t believe he even looked at the MRI report that we provided let alone submitted a correct approval request. RUN FROM THIS DOCTOR AS FAST AS YOU CAN. PAIN DOESN’T WAIT, IT JUST GETS WORSE!!!"
