"It has taken me a year to decide to leave this review. The Spring Hill office was a horrible place to be a patient. Majority of the time the office staff was making the decisions for the doctor saying it was his decision, half the time he never knew that I called. Doctor was ok. Office staff lacked professionalism. Hopefully they have improved."

"This office staff and Doctors have changed over the past year for the better , Thank goodness .. From the receptionist , scheduling , prescription renewals , appointment times .. It has become a professional atmosphere , with friendly smiling faces where your able to talk about your concerns .. It has improved greatly and shout outs to Caitlin , Cookie , Mia , Elle and George and the new Doctor in the house Dr. Rivera and Shannon Whitehead ARNP for being not only professional but personable with Respect and truly listening to our concerns and best plan of treatment for our continuity of care .. "This office is a joke. They sent me to collections after accepting my payment and had me to do the leg work to clear up the mistake that they made. Then to make matters worse they called me to cancel my upcoming appointment due to my account being in collections. Keep in mind this payment was cleared back in April but it was sent to collections in June. Marie, the person who called me hung up on me before I could finish my response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE IF YOU’RE LOOKING TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT! If I could give 0 I would"

"Had an excellent, established, relationship with my physician, and the staff. The new (progressive) dr, Malage came in and the staff left. My first appointment with him, he wanted me to get the Covid vaccine, when it first came out, I didn't want it. Then, I had a med. report marked urgent, and it sat, and I was unable to follow through with a medical procedure. A nurse practioner was later brought in, and she was amazing, very attentive, and spot on. I called 2 days ago for my RX refill and to get a medical report. No one returned my call, and my RX wasn't called in. I called to follow up, and was simply told, the nurse practitioner quit. That's it, no follow up and no meds. I asked about medication, the staff was nasty, told me, "I sent him the request." The only one who will now be there is Dr. Malaga, and it appears as if he could care less about a patient. I have lived in Brandon, and used Verimed there, no problems. The one in Spring Hill sucks."
