"i went to the Tarpon Office a number of times and had a good experience, but I went here to Hudson office and the exam was very very short and perfunctory. I asked about a spot on my scalp. They said it was not a concern, but it didnt get better. 3 months later I checked with another doctor and it was a basal cell skin cancer that needed to be removed, so Academic Alliance missed that!!"

"Made appointment first part of December for January 24, 2024. Gave my insurance information at that time and was told they take it. They called me the DAY BEFORE my appointment and told me that they did not accept my insurance at that office. I wasted a month and a half where I could have made an appointment somewhere else. I am very disappointed as I have been a patient at that office before...."

"I am very pleased with my experience at AA Dermatology. The office is very nice and clean. The receptionist was friendly and organized. I was seen right at my appointment time by the Nurse Practitioner Kirstie Dicharry and her Medical Assistant Marien Hernandez. Both were kind and caring and made me feel comfortable. Kirstie diagnosed my skin problem immediately. She gave me samples and ordered medication to my pharmacy. I cannot thank them enough as I am no longer experiencing discomfort and pain. The staff is friendly, compassionate, understanding, thorough, professional, as well as the staff and physician all having a great bed side manner. Bridget at the front desk is polite, detailed, and works with your schedule for any appointment to make things smooth and easy. Kristie Dicharry the physician and Samantha her assistant are the best combination of medical professionals I have ever dealt with in my entire life dealing with any medical needs. They are detailed, kind, understanding, and really take the time to make you feel comfortable and welcome with them. They really take the time to listen to you, understand, and take the best course of medical action to bring you back to health and your skin back to normal for confidence and an ease of mind.
