"This lab has the greatest employees. I’m a tough stick and no matter who helps me at this location, they get my blood the first time. The supervisor is so personable and he sets the positive mood for the entire lab. It is a very relaxing atmosphere for patients that might have anxiety when needing to get medical tests. Everyone is kind, professional and efficient."
"Went in on Friday, they were setting up to reopen after hurricane, went to go ask a question and guy slammed door in my face. Went Monday 10/3/3022 and both the lady and the man (same one who slammed door in my face Friday) were both very rude. I told them when I had to update my insurance information, I put in my card to be scanned and it came up wrong name for some reason. I told the and they said it was fine and it's not cause when I had to come back to drop off specimen my insurance came up wrong again. I explained it to them that it's still wrong and they both were just so rude"
