"I do not know what happen to the staff since Dr Nareddy retired, they have no compassion what so ever, Needed to get an Echo asap, then not there fault machine broke, they call me back to reschedule appoint advise them that I have to have this done asap due to surgery on the 7th, no worries they said we'll change your appointment with someone else's and call you back, NOPE! just blew me off and gave me attitude when I called questioning about it. What a shame was the only Doctor's office I used to brag about, now I will advise anyone I can to seek out another cardiologist office, people with compassion and want to help there patients like it should be! Shame on you people for lying, I could have tried some place else prior to my surgery tomorrow, but I waited for you all out of respect for my old Doctor and the awesome treatment and conversation I used to have with him and staff, but now all I got myself was nothing but a headache and more added stress on top of everything else. Thanks for nothing. Once again someone or thing thru a Bayonet point facility is messed up imagine that, do your self a favor and find some place else to go where your treated right, like the Tampa Medical Group, do your homework prior to making your appointments, not like the old days anymore, these so called facilities/people do not care about us, just the all mighty dollar, notice how everyone is a specialist now just to charge you more money as well.
