"The facility is new, clean and comfortable. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, caring and they LISTEN. The benefit that absolutely convinced me is that they have their own lab and x-ray facility. No more seeing your provider then having to make an appointment elsewhere for those services. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is trying to reach them by phone is frustrating. When I call I get 6-7 minutes of "All care agents are still busy. Please stay on the line for the next available associate." then it disconnects! Arrgg! So I just get comfortable and keep trying. Usually get someone on the 3rd attempt.
