"I have been using the clap few month the worst experience so far, starting with the company providing the wrong size of mask to me because they size my nose and this cause dryness on my throat, eyes and face and many night without sleeping, every time I call this place most of customer service are jerks and not nice, maybe one or two people are nice, my assigned nurse never answers back, I also have being charge for parts they sent wrong by mistake. So far my experience with this company has been the the worst, my next step would be reporting them with my health insurance and the Department of bureau, I can't be this company don't care about their customers specially because they have a lot elderly customer with serious health issues."

"Customer service is a thing of the past at this calling center. They take their job as a joke. They need to be more serious and professional when they take their calls. People are calling them for health reasons and medical equipment to help those conditions. They give you a limit on how much oxygen you can receive. Even when it's not enough to last you the two weeks that you have to get it. Very rude and disrespectful would not recommend them even though I have to use them to get my oxygen."

"I had difficulty getting the correct tubing from Aerocare, was very frustrated, and was about to switch companies. However, when I contacted Michael, he was able to send the tubing that I wanted. I hope the problem is forever solved! SO DISAPPOINTED: Here it is approximately 3 months later and the problem with AeroCare HASN'T BEEN RESOLVED!! My husband placed his order for a replacement heated tubing and specified that he wanted the Phillips brand. When the order was delivered to our home, it was disappointing to see that the generic brand, Sunset, was delivered NOT THE SPECIFIED PHILLIPS BRAND!!! A phone call was made to Michael and the correct "Phillips" brand heated tubing was delivered to him! It seems that THE ONLY WAY TO RECEIVE THE CORRECT TUBING IS TO MAKE A CALL TO MICHAEL reporting that the generic "Sunset" tubing was sent "AGAIN"! I personally will be ordering supplies and, truthfully, cringe at the thought of placing the order for heated tubing, knowing that I will most likely have to make another call to Michael. Maybe it IS time to find another supply company after all! (:"

"Poor customer service. I have called the Hudson number several time, just get the call center. Then have to wait 20 to 30 min for s a customer service rep only to find out they can't help me. I have to speak with yhe hudson office (duh) I have left several messages for someone from the Hudson office to call me back, to no avail. All I want to ro is return the cpap machine. I dint use it and keep getting billed"

"No customer portal to update information/track orders. Recently moved, called to update address and order new parts for CPAP and after verifying they updated the address, they still sent the new equipment to the old address."
