"Don’t let you know when the dcotor/nurses are running behind, have you sitting there for an hour just waiting wondering what’s going on. Don’t let you know they only have ONE single person taking appts on a Friday. Scheduled an appt for one reason and the appointment reason they had me down for was something totally different. Have been coming here over 13 years and in the last two years this office has completely went down hill. Won’t be coming back which is sad to say because I truly enjoy the physicians in the office."

"The front desk lady was by far the rudest woman I’ve ever interacted with. I ask every time I go in if I have a co pay she says no then I get a bill? I called many times to make appointment no one picks up. I had to come in after work and she was beyond rude. To be specific she was an older woman with blonde hair. The doctor and the nurse are great. But they should really consider changing their front desk woman. It was so bad I’m considering switching doctors unfortunately"

"I’m very unpleased with this office. Maybe they’re lazy or truly just unorganized. When scheduling an appointment I was put on hold twice in a row for over 8 minutes each time to schedule an appointment. Neither call resulted to my appointment being set. The appointments I did schedule got rescheduled 3 times. Once being canceled with out my knowledge another appointment being rescheduled due to the doctor supposedly going to be out the office but then ended up being in the office. I talked with the office coordinator, not looking for anything but better service. When it was time for my appointment I waited in the waiting room for over 48mins before being called back. I scheduled a routine Pap smear and when I go back, they tell me they have me down for a pelvic exam. Two different procedures. I have now canceled any further appointments and will not be returning. Highly disappointed."
