Primary Care Walk In Clinic

"My husband and I have been going to Primary Care walk-in clinic a little more than 2 years. Everyone there is awesome and very attentive to our needs. I have seen doctor Dhaliwal twice and will continue to see him in the future."

"Stay Far away from this place. I went in because I was having a hard time breathing. He told me that it was because I need to stop eating and need to diet. He said this about 5 times to me and said oh your heart is going very slow I'll send you for some tests in 2 weeks. He said he was concerned about my heart but it was because I needed to diet. I ended up in ICU the very next morning with a complete heart blockage and it was electrical nothing to do with my weight and had a pacemaker put in. He sent me home and I could have died. If there were negative stars he would get them all."

"I had the worse experience ever in life. Went yesterday morning because of shortness of breath and for results of my chest xray and was very rudely told to go to my oncologist because that's who had my blood work and because no record of my blood work was on file at the clinic ( even though I have been going to them since 2016 for other medical issues). My xray results were with my file and he even looked at them and then the computer. Dr. Dhaliwal within three minutes told me that I didn't need him and to go to my oncologist for care. I tried to explain that I get regular blood work there because of my health but he said if they have your blood work and are caring for you, go to them with your complaint of pain, he escorted me to the front, wrote something on my file, gave it to the secretary and walked away, not even looking at me let alone saying have a good day or anything else. Mind you that I was just there a couple of weeks ago and his APRN gave me the script for my chest x-ray along with scripts for meds. I was there a few weeks prior and was given an appt to come back in for a breathing test which I went in for. I paid my copay before being seen for three minutes and never got my results or after care information. I immediately contacted my insurance company and filed a complaint with Quality Care and will be working to get my copay back. Needless to say I now have to find another Dr which isn't easy or quick. I will NEVER go back to him , I gave one star because of the care I always received from his APRN's. It's a shame that the Dr. grew to be so rude and unprofessional and uncaring. He wasn't like this when I first started going to him ."

"I have been to the clinic several times over the past few years. Every time it is convenient, friendly and very professional. The staff is very helpful and Dr Dhaliwal is thorough and easy to talk to. I cant recommend them highly enough."

"I have been to this office many times as they are my primary care providers. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If you're upfront with them on your issues, they will be upfront about resolutions. They also have medications on hand which will avoid a trip to the pharmacy. I cannot speak enuf of the knowledge of the providers. Walk in or make an appointment,I've rarely waited more than 15-20 minutes to get in. I also have had full blood work done there. Very happy...."
