"Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. I went in for severe chest pains and a couple other issues; Dr. Greenfield almost immediately said that my pains were panic attacks and wrote a prescription for anxiety medication. Over the next two months, I began having severe panic attacks; called the office three times for help and never got a response. Within a week of starting this medication I started having actually serious panic attacks and had several other terrible size affects. I called the office and was told I’d get a call back from the doctor, a week went by and I never heard back. I went in for my follow up appointment and explained the problems I was having and he just halved my dose and prescribed a sleeping pill. I went in again for my next follow up appointment. My appointment was for 2pm; I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes and then waited in the exam room for an hour, at that point I walked out. I received a call another hour later, almost 2.5 hours after my appointment from Dr. Greenfield saying he just went into the room and I wasn’t there. The nurses were very nice, but I felt that Dr. Greenfield genuinely did not care about me as his patient and just wanted to make a buck and prescribe some medicine. Edit: I posted this review under a different name than what I used at the office, and then the Doctor commented that I was “a non-compliant patient.” He doesn’t even know who I am but is already accusing me instead of taking accountability for the way he’s treating his patients."
"I was a new patient, my appointment was at 3:15, I arrived at 3:08 knowing I probably had paperwork to fill out. I waited in the waiting room for an hour before they had me fill out paperwork or even ask to see my insurance.. I wasn't put into a room until 4:45.. they then blamed my wait on my insurance not sending the benefits over, but if they collected the insurance when I arrived & not an hour later then it wouldn't have been like that. I then had to wait another 30 mins for the doctor. Once Dr Greenfield came into the room he talked to me maybe for 4 minutes.. he didn't seem intrested in my concers & didnt ask any personal questions or any questions regarding previous medical history.. the whole interaction was rushed & unprofessional. $30 copay spent for this appointment. Absolutely a waste of time. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone."
"Dr. Greenfield is fine. Wait times are long but he doesn’t rush you once he gets to you. Office staff is friendly and polite. But, my insurance requires that after two refills of any maintenance meds scrips must be written for 90 days and he doesn’t like that rule. I don’t like having to come in every thirty days for refills, especially in the current climate where pharmacies are having supply issues. It’s important to me to maintain a good relationship with my local pharmacist just as it’s important to feel like my primary physician is a partner in my health care. There’s nothing *wrong* with this practice. It’s just not a good match for me."
"Sat for an hour and 15 minutes waiting for our first appointment. A man went up and asked why so long of a wait because he had been there for an hour and a half. Dr. Greenfield said his computer was down and it took 25 minutes for it to restart. He was up and running again and it would go fast now. The guy said he just needed his scripts filled. Granted the guy was rude but Dr. Greenfield was rude as well. He kept saying showing me the money to the patient. Dr. Greenfield called me after we left and said the guy had been rude to him 3 or 4 times so he had enough and lashed out. I told him we would find another doctor and he said "good luck, I am one of the few American doctors left in this area" I told him I wasn't racist and we would never be back in his office. Save yourself the trouble and find a different doctor. My response to the response from the owner. You are right, I was never seen as a patient. I was never seen because I sat there and listened to Dr. Greenfield berate a patient. Who would want to see a doctor that speaks to patients like that??? Not me!"
"I just had my first visit with Dr. Greenfield today. I am new to the area, and I’m very impressed with this medical establishment. The front desk was great, and I didn’t wait long at all to be seen. Once I met Dr. Greenfield, his professionalism was exemplary. He explained my medical history and all medications I was on. Very thoughtful, informative, and precise doctor I was lucky to find. Highly recommend!! Thank you to all the staff and Dr Greenfield for keeping me on a good path to good health."
