"For me there is no comparison in a healthcare place. Mom goes there and she has a very good doctor, Everybody is so pleasant and helpful, And they have a great coffee bar with snacks and you don't have to pay for it. And you don't have to make a donation. They have outdoor seating that is covered and they have indoor which is pleasant to be in. They have made it to be very comfortable for patients while they wait for a short period of time. Everything about that place speaks volumes about itself."

"I went to this location for an ultrasound, after a week I never received my results, called and they told me to come in so that I could print them and give them to my doctor. I went in, and waited for 45m, then they told me they never read the test and were “overloaded at the hospital”. That it would take a few more weeks to get results to me. Brandon MRI who I usually use it takes 1-2 days. Then the tech tried to convince me that I need an additional ultrasound and it was “thrown in and free”, she then performed the test on me without a doctors orders or being asked to by anyone. Then they proceeded to bill me for the extra tests, which were done illegally or at least unethically. When I called to dispute this bill, billing was lost, transferred me multiple time, they finally agreed that the doctors referral does not match and they billed me incorrectly. Then I had to call billing back and proceed to perform their jobs for them by telling their own employees it’s wrong and for them to follow up for the right codes. I waited on hold for over 20m for the lady I spoke with to understand that the bill on date XYZ was wrong. She tried to dispute with me that the tests were “in the same area of the body so it seems correct”, so that is the type of medical professionals you’re dealing with. Terrible experience all around. I would not use AdventHealth, ever, for anything. There are better places people, find them and don’t use AdventHealth!"

"Lab was very convenient and fast. I walked in without an appointment for my blood draw and walked out in 10 minutes. No wait. Lab tech was friendly and professional, I did not feel a thing. Highly recommend, this place is beautifully designed and decorated, staff is friendly and helpful."
