"0 stars. These people are the worst of the worst. Over 2 weeks for the doctor to sign a speech re evaluation— resulting in a gap of services for my child and a huge delay for my child. You call PA and no one from the office will answer you. You are directed to a customer service department which is basically useless and does nothing but “ send the office a message. Impossible to ever get the actual staff at the location on the phone. Literally the most unprofessional, uncaring, non sympathetic staff ever."
