"This facility is very high volume but it operates like a well oiled machine. I was impressed at how upbeat, courteous and efficient the front desk staff was. My mammogram technician was very professional and kind as well. The whole place was very clean with new equipment. I would recommend this facility and I would not hesitate to use again. ."

"On top of horrible wait time and mediocre customer service, they are thieves !!!!!I left at 5:15 which they close at 5. So not many patients were left. I forgot a pair of my sunglasses in the room where I had my ultrasound done. I called the same day but the office was close. I called on Monday morning at 8am and they confirmed they had my glasses. At 2:30pm I walked into the office to retrieve my glasses and the front desk women tells me they don’t have my glasses with an attitude !!! If I can give them ZERO STARS I would"

"I had my appointment at 9am for a pelvic ultrasound. I arrived at 8:50am. I was told to drink at least 32oz of water. Just the fact that you have to hold not using the restroom it is challenging. The lady sitting next to me, same time appointment, yet we both sitting in the waiting room for over 45 min and we are still not called in. There are two ultrasound rooms, at around 9:40 the ultrasound technician opens her door, walks out with another coworker. That being said, they were both inside the ultrasound room just chatting, no patient inside. As I am writing this, I and the lady next to me still waiting to be called in."

"I don't normally give reviews, but I want to help people realize what is going on here so they can make a more informed decision about whether or not to book an appointment. I needed 3 scans, one of them I actually needed quickly but they were unable to accommodate so I ended up having to have a completely separate test done through another place and now in hindsight I kind of wish I had scheduled to have all my scans done there. My appointment was at 8am and I was told to arrive 15 minutes early. I had trouble finding the place but got there 5 minutes early and immediately regretted not being a half hour early instead. There was a line of people in the door already. In the first 30 minutes of entering I counted 25 sitting and there were several out in the hall as well. The facility opens at 8am and most of the people there were there for MRI. I don't know how many MRI machines they have but it looked like only one to me. I signed the paper to sign in, sat down with everyone else and waited 20 minutes to be called up to get my paperwork to fill out. I filled it out and turned it in. An hour after my appointment time I was called up to pay and drink a drink for one of my scans that would take an HOUR more before they could do the scan.... I had just sat there for an hour? They booked me a month out when one of my scans was to make sure my gallbladder wasn't about to rupture.... you knew I was coming, why would you not have the drink ready when I came in so I could drink it while I waited? That was frustrating, but whatever, its only another hour right? Wrong. I didn't leave this place until almost noon. They also don't tell you upfront that there is no patient portal to check on your results. I've had 2 ultrasounds since we moved here at two different facilities (because healthcare in Florida is a joke in general, but that's a different rant) and BOTH had patient portals where you could see your own results without having to pay a copay to your doctor to have them read the paper to you. At this location the only way to obtain your results is to wait 3 to 4 days then come back and pick them up otherwise they are sent to your doctor so you can pay to hear someone else read them to you. I will say that every staff member was kind to me and offered a smile. I feel bad for them honestly, I don't know who is in charge of this whole facility, but that person or entity is terrible. I used to work in healthcare, and I know how the higher-ups push quotas and want a certain amount made at the end of the day and it seems like this place is all about trying to get every penny out of every second of the day. They booked what looked like 30 people to one time slot, and even if you say every person there had a relative or friend with them (probably half of people had someone with them) 15 people to one time slot is still too much. These poor radiologists and techs are probably so overwhelmed by the end of every day, its sad. If you absolutely need a scan and this is the only place you can find, the people will be kind to you, but please open your schedule and plan to be there all day and know that you might not be getting any results or answers for 3-4 days."
