"I was there on 12/29/23 for an ultrasound required before my surgery and they told me it would take 4 days for my PCP to receive the results it’s been 7 business days and still no results. My doctors office referred me since they’re so close and now they feel embarrassed to have referred me because every time they go to ask for the results they say “we don’t have the tech who reads the imaging and don’t know when it will be done”. What kind of business are you running here!!!?? So quick to collect my insurance and copay but not quick to release the imaging results! I call and no answer from Marlis the medical records department! I do not recommend this place! Go somewhere else!"

"Although Uranka was great, the 2 hour wait made my experience horrible. This has happened repeatedly. I really don't know the purpose of scheduling an appointment. This will definitely be my last visit."

"The office staff and medical professionals here are very caring and professional. I walked in without an appointment and completed my X-ray in less than 45 minutes. When my doctor found a complication and needed my results quickly Luis in the call center navigated on my behalf to get the right protocol in place so that my doctor could change my treatment accordingly as soon as possible. He made calls for me and called me back to keep me updated. This type of care and attention is a rare find."

"Called to speak to someone because I received my card that should of had my results of my mammogram. I encountered some guy named Luis that has no clue what he is doing or how the office works and refused to let me speak to someone who could help me he responded by telling me to call back and dial extension 100 when I did that 3 times someone answered and hung up . This is my health and I am not calling to play games. I will never go they again these the service has gotten worse the last couple times I have gone."

"I returned today for my second appointment. It was a pleasant visit. Yolanda, the lady at the front, was amazing! She is such a sweet soul, very helpful, and attentive. I had the pleasure of meeting Amy, the ultrasound tech. She treated me like a human being. My skin-color was not seen, she just saw a person. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during my procedure. Thank you, Yolanda and Amy, keep up the excellent service that you are giving. You are making a positive difference in people's lives. The building was cleaned immaculately! It looked so much better! You could feel the cleanliness. No more cobwebs or dust. The chairs were clean. What an amazing transformation! Thank you for taking the needs, and comments of your patients into consideration."
