"I had two appointments, one for a mammogram and one for a breast ultrasound. Both technicians were amazing. Very professional and communicated extremely well during the entire process. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of."

"Everyone was very kind and helpful, I had never received imaging before, and I felt well guided, informed and taken care of. If any suggestions at all, I would say, technicians could’ve been a little more personable in conversation, but I wouldn’t even take a star off for that. Though no one was chatty everyone was kind."

"The person in the admitting desk should have a course on the basics of hospitality and customer service. I find her rude in the way she spoke to me without realizing that there’s a sign/title in front her as “Director of First Impression”. Just sad to have someone in that position considering how lovely and nice Homestead Hospital is. The staff who took my blood in the lab was excellent."

"I had a great overall experience starting at check in. Everything was easy and everyone was so kind. What made it so enjoyable was how kind the nurse was during my appointment. Cinthina R. In Imaging was amazing. I don’t have enough great things to say about her as a person and a nurse. She took the time to explain what was going to happen in the appointment, what to expect, side effects and she overall made me so comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She was truly the best."

"Amazing service. They did my MRI at the time my appointment was scheduled for without wait. Olivier, the tech, also provided a warm blanket and headphones with music while I was getting imaged. Everyone was extremely professional. My best experience yet in South Florida when it comes to getting medical care."
