"I've been going to this clinic for over a year I have several complaints first with transportation not enough vans for pick up they come late the office staff is not responsible when dealing with the heath of a patient losing or misplaced referrals they do not get on what the importance of en emergency surgery .I seen it all that when you go to a clinic I've always believed its private here is not is more like getting into your private life I feel bad for others that go there they are older people and don't want to complain about situations that go on in this place or they don't know how so everyone can be aware I don't need everyone knowing my business You ask questions and they don't give you the truth answer or the right one one said one thing and another say something different daughters and sons who have your parents here or are planning to take them to this clinic beware . When you have a surgery to got done stay on top of all the information please. for the elderly patients it's sad when the are eating so called breakfast the old bread hard as a rock the complain about it among them self's but afraid to say something some of them don't have anyone to do for them so that's probably why.by this Being said I hope I've helped someone out there.thank you."
