McDonald's

"Every once in awhile somebody does something so exceptional that you have to write a review. Tonight's service at the drive through was just that: exceptional. There was a malfunction at the speaker so I had to give my order at the window. The young man there took it in stride with grace, placing my order without complaint. At the window where I was to pick up my food, I was asked to wait so that a fresh new pot of coffee could be made. I was informed that the coffee pot was also going to be cleaned. How could I complain about a short wait?!? It was excellent coffee by the way. Every one was pleasant and professional, obviously going with the flow of the mundane realities that come with any business operation. I won't hesitate to visit this McDonald's again."

"Well, well, I am going to say this. It depends on the day it depends on if it's night. It depends on who is working if it's the day shift employees. They're great. They get your order right every time when you get to the night. Shift and police be prepared to be screwed. I go here alot and today my nuggets were hard and cold. My fries had no salt and were not even cooked sll te way. They never I mean never have ice. So if you want something cold to drink don't go there. They have no ice."

"Update: BREAKFAST BURRITOS SUCK!! We pay $2 for a $1 burrito. All tortilla NO egg. I don't get it. Hate to complain but its not the 1st time our lunch has been messed up. I just wish they pay attention to detail especially when it comes to the food getting handed out to ppl in a rush for work. Never get the extra lime i ask for (never) and now they say it discontinued. So is the Cilantro Glaze also discontinued also?? My chicken was super dry. The fries...oh lord you order a large and end up with a medium. And again not the 1st time my co-worker orders SWEET N SOUR and they hand him BBQ."

"My boyfriend went in to get 2 sweet teas. He ordered at the cashier, no problem, got the cups. However, the manager, a middle aged woman with short white hair (didn’t get a name), began raising her voice and accusing my boyfriend of stealing the cups. She demanded the receipt, but the cashier didn’t give him one. When he told her that he didn’t get a receipt she physically grabbed the cups out of his hands and responded with, “you’re not getting this until I get your receipt.” Thankfully the cashier intervened and told the manager he had paid for the cups but she didn’t give the receipt. Not sure what was up with her but I do know, you never accuse anyone of stealing unless you have evidence. I will be taking this to corporate. I mean seriously? Over 2 teas. There are much more important things to worry about if he did take them, but taking them would require him to go back behind the counter where multiple people are working. We’ve been coming here almost daily for teas and food but will not be coming back. To the manager, you have a nasty attitude and need to recheck yourself or get a new job."

"Doing the online order through the mobile app isn’t as fast as other food apps, but the saving grace are the deals and point accumulation for free food redemption. Fries were nice and crispy, double cheese was warm and gooey, coke was refreshing and carbonated, and the chicken nuggets were on point. Not many McDonald’s even serve hot food to you. One of the FEW and very rare occasions. This place is outstanding in many ways. I appreciate everyone there who helped give me a hot meal after a long day at work."
