"Store manager Lisa. I called and informed her that my order was missing an entire meal. Did she seem concerned- not a little bit. Her only answer was - we gave you what we had! WHAT !? There’s TWO people at my house waiting for breakfast and you send one meal. I can’t with some people! I’m definitely looking into this further. No attitude towards a customer with DISREGARD is acceptable. She wouldn’t like that answer nor the feeling of being left out from enjoying a meal you’re waiting to eat! Wow ! I’m shocked to say the least !"
"Maybe a reminder as to why I don’t eat here often. I can’t eat the bun, so I got home and put the burger on a plate. Ate through the first patty before realizing the second one was basically uncooked. At this point really just hoping I don’t get sick."
"We ordered from this location through Uber Eats. We get that it's fast food but our order was DISGUSTING. The buns were burnt on all our sandwiches and the fries were DRENCHED in salt. Never again!"
