"Went by this location after getting off work tonight. Pulled into the drive thru to order and was asked to wait. Waited for nearly 10 mins and no one came back to take my order. In the mean time 2 or 3 cars backed up behind me. I chose not to wait due to the fact I had already worked a 14 hour day. Will not return to this Zaxby's again. I can under stand if your short staffed or busy but there were no cars ahead of me in line. I was able to pull off all while seeing the cashier behind the counter not taking orders. So, I don't know what the deal was but needless to say I was not happy. Wouldn't recommend."

"Stopped for a Quick Lunch Break! Friendly service and food tasted GREAT. Made fresh and it was Hot n Ready to eat! Seasoning on fries were good and the chicken wasn't dry at all! This Orange Park location is always busy yet always amazing! 4.5/5"

"Barely any fries, wings not even tossed in sauce, the wings were literally rock hard because they were literally just hard breading and no chicken. Didn’t give right sauce, very small chicken tenders, took forever to get a pick up order which should have been ready when we got there. These employees really need to be trained again. And the owner of the store needs to do something about this!!"
