"I visited yesterday to get a refund from a horrible order last week. Employee says, I only have 1's can you wait 15 minutes while I open the safe??? Nope. I'm on my way to work. And I was. Won't be ordering again anytime soon."
"Papa John's has lost their mind. There is a $5 delivery fee, none of which goes to the driver. So it's just an extra $5 going to the shareholder's pocket. This is a pizza place, delivery is what it's for. To extort this extra cash from customers is ridiculous. "Pizza was good but all the toppings and cheese kept sliding off, cheese bread was good, but the pasta was 0/10 no noodles, 4 pieces of chicken (still pink) and slimy. Called to get a refund on the pasta cause we did not eat it and got attitude and to the extent instead of a apology and a proper refund for just the pasta. (I Understand the description said nothing about noodles but it should be expected if it’s Litteraly called “chicken alfredo ”) Shouldn’t of tipped people who can’t even have respect for others who Litteraly spend their money on food to eat. Don’t waste your money on it."
