"What happened to Papa John's? Horrible customer service. Outsourced delivery. No accountability. My wife and I met, worked, bought a house and obviously moved on but it used to be good company to work for. Now it's not even a good company to give your business to."
"They used DoorDash and driver was very rude, nasty and unprofessional never seen anything like this before. Driver got mad at me and used profanity because Pizza Hut didn’t put instructions on how to get to the subdivision and DoorDash map that she used drive her to a different location but then again it’s common sense if the address have an street address different from where you at something is wrong I guess she didn’t have common sense at all and she though I hang up the phone and was saying “Fxxxxing use instructions” however the instructions were on the papa John account, I barely order from them they always has an issue"
"Well I must say the Papa John's that I go to on 103rd and Blanding. The pizza was okay but the service really sucked excuse my expression and the atmosphere they had workers in there cussing and just playing around I don't understand what was going on I was very unhappy but I went ahead and got my pizza in went about my business but you know can you just take a look at what your point employees are doing why you know they're making food I saw one I'm not wash their hands and going you know handle stuff and that was not good so just you know pay more attention folks when you're going to those kind of places to make sure they have gloves and make sure everyone responsible for washing their hands and watching you make sure that you know that either they don't have employees in their cussing and playing around and all that when they are creating pizzas and other items for you as a customer to eat so I give them a three three stars. I'm sorry Papa John's."
"Last night I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites, Spicy Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust with extra meatballs, Doritos Cool Ranch Steak Papadia, and a Mtn Dew. What a treat and a delight! It was like a celebration in my mouth with each tasty bite. The delivery driver, Ryan, was spectacular. Big smile on his face showing he enjoys doing his job well."
