"The baby back ribs could be better but overall they've got good food. Servers and hostesses are always super nice and pay plenty of attention. Never had to ask for a refill or more napkins."

"Arrived at 4:30. My husband and I ordered 2 brisket dinners, both with beans and French fries. The sides were good, but the brisket was beyond horrible!!! It was dried out and loaded with pepper!!! We could barely chew it. We were chewing it and spitting it back out. Disgusting. Like it was leftover from the previous day and microwaved and loaded with pepper to hide the taste of bad meat!!! Shame on you people!!! We're not the type of people to make a scene or send the food back, but we will not be back. We've eaten ribs here many times before and it was good, but this did it for us. When people pay good money to eat at your establishment, they shouldn't be served food that's not even fit for a dog!!!"

"Okay, this place is more or less a hit and miss. Every time I try to give this place a second chance. They find something to Mess up from not giving You the food that You paid for promising to give You discounts later that No One can Find Or serving you food That seems to be on the stove for a very long time and dried out. Maybe they only do this for the take out orders and save only the good stuff for the people in the Restaurant. there are young teens that they have working up at the front Entrance taking orders And answering phone calls. They seem to be more interested in playing with each other. Than to be making sure customers are satisfied. They can't even make sure that the orders are correct. Obviously they are not checking them before they walk out the door everyone is quick to say that sorry and say, we'll give you a discount next time. They never write it down and when you go in and ask for it. Everyone looks at you like you're a martian from another planet. I usually go to mission barbecue where the service is awesome. I tried to get this place a second chance to prove to me that they are worthy of me eating there. And here again they have failed my advice to you is don't take out check your orders. And if they promise you a discount on your next order, just forget about it. I know I won't be eating there anytime soon again."

"Got the beef brisket, Mac and cheese, and fried okra. Everything was very tasty, I was surprised at how tender the brisket was for coming in later in the day. Our servers were super helpful, and the food was super tasty. My first time at a Rib City, was pleasantly surprised! Wouldn’t figure this restaurant as a chain based off the service at this location."
