Wawa

"I came in after work to order 3 sandwiches, when I went to go checkout there was 5 people in line so i figured I would use the self checkout machine. the machine didn’t register a soda I got so I went and stood in line and the guy working the checkout line fixed everything. My first 2 sandwiches came out relatively fast and then I stood and waited for 10 minutes waiting for my 3rd. Eventually I went up to the girl and told her I had a 3rd sandwich and she was asking what was on it to remake it for me. At this point I was already there for 30 minutes when I hoped i’d be out of there in 15. Then, a worker named Chris came up to me very condescendingly and told me if I wanted my sandwich I had to pay for it even though the issue was not my fault and an issue with their system. No one in there was apologetic about the situation the girl that was trying to make the sandwich was helpful but management needs to step it up. Every Wawa i’ve been to even in other states have a higher standard especially when it comes to the workers and Chris did not show that"

"I have an amazing time at Wawa. When I'm working my coworkers are hard at work to and very respectful. Then when I show up as a customer I can expect a clean store and properly made food. Sometimes we get so busy that we can't give our full attention to cleaning the store, but by the end of the night we will definitely have the store clean."

"Awesome crew! Even when they were busy they were personable and busted out the food fast. They ran out of Mac n cheese for our order and were kind enough to throw in a huge cookie on the house just because. Chase was great at helping an older couple with their order after running from the registers to put foo together."
