"Breakfast was freshly cooked at this McDonald's and usually it seems like it sits around I got lucky it tasted fantastic"

"The worst service ever. I just ordered food on the phone app for my husband to pick up on the way home and paid online because he forgot his wallet. I sent him a screenshot of the order to show the staff. After waiting a half hour they REFUSED to give him the food we paid for and said my phone had to be there for them to make it and give it to him. What?? We already ordered and aid for it. He was there with 6 teenagers after school and had to tell them we could not get the food. I tried calling several times and got no answer or voice mail. Completely ridiculous and will now only go to Checkers or Wendy's. EVERY TIME I use that app I have a problem but I have never not received food we paid for until today. What a joke, management and owners should be embarrassed."

"So the drive thru was very long so I decided to go inside. BAD decision. They redid the inside of the store. It's not a welcoming Mc Donald's that it used to be. There is no drink station inside anymore or anything. They where so focused on drive thru that I waited 20 min for a cheese burger meal. And I'm sorry but that's just ridiculous. When I finally got my food and mentioned that I've been standing there for 20 minutes they rolled their eyes and told me more sorry and walked away so apparently McDonald's is all about only drive through why not just lock your doors and not have a dining room because that was absolutely the rudest thing that I've ever seen in my life their dining room is no longer welcoming at all and they actually have signs up that say no loitering that you're only allowed to be in the restaurant for 15 minutes eating now that's ridiculous and stupid if you ask me so me and my family will no longer be going to McDonald's ever again any McDonald's"

"Fries were old tasting and pretty cold, asked for a plain cheeseburger and received a regular hamburger, and it took 15min just to get everything. Don't go here at all."
