Sonic Drive-In

"I got the Oreo cheesecake master shake, it did not look like the picture because the actual picture shows the shake is brown but mine was white so it seems like they missed an ingredient. Also they did not put whip cream or a cherry on it."

"Meat was dry .. I asked for mayo.. ketchup and cheese only. . I got ketchup only . I didn't check it .. my bad and I live too far to of drive back.. this was a simple order on 2 sandwiches..."

"What a great tasting, BIG cheeseburger! I could not finish it or the medium order of onion rings or the medium drink because they were such generous sizes. The food was piping hot and delivered to my car at the drive-in spot. The meal was well worth the total $10.26 cost (plus a tip). I just moved to Leesburg, so I'm not used to visiting a Sonic, but I will be returning there for more meals ... AND I spotted a hot fudge sundae on the menu for only $3.19!"

"When I order a hamburger with ONLY Mayo, ketchup, pickle and mustard, I don't want the cheese. Also, half sweet half unsweetened tea does not mean all unsweetened. The receipt read correctly but it's not!"

"After repeating a (simple) burger order 4 times, it came out incorrect. Sent it back. We were asked 3 additional times how we wanted the burger, and were forced to wait another 30 mins AFTER receiving the original order before finally getting the burger. The assistant manager thought it was appropriate to raise her voice at me because SHE couldn’t get the order correct. While I understand mistakes happen, you don’t treat customers poorly because your employee can’t take an order! All of the hassle and time spent for one damn burger was unnecessary."
