"The New England clam chowder is the REAL DEAL it is very thick, as it should be ! and it was loaded with clams and diced potatoes. It was fantastic. I also had the Maine lobster roll, which is made with mayonnaise. I could have ordered the Connecticut lobster roll which is lobster with hot butter instead of the mayo. It was terrific as well. The owner is very passionate about his restaurant. He cooks/makes the food, and delivers it as well and makes sure you enjoy it. It was out first time here and he made us feel like family. Truly a small business. If you want authentic New England seafood, you have to give Seafood Shack a try."
"So glad we tried this place! Generous portions and everything tasted so fresh! We enjoyed the fried mushrooms and clam chowder first and they are the best I have had anywhere! The mushrooms were the perfect golden brown and the clam chowder is made daily in house - full of tender clams and potatoes … delicious! For our entrees there were so many wonderful options to choose from … we selected the Stuffed Shrimp dinner and Cod & Shrimp dinner and they were both excellent! Our food came out quickly and was the perfect temp. The staff was so nice and the detail to their decor makes the dining area so cozy and inviting! This is a hidden gem that we look forward to going to again and again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"A genuine New England Seafood Shack in Central Florida! The fried clams and onion rings were excellent, if at the very top of my price range. Cleanest clams I've had in a long time... no sand, no shell. The wife had the Shrimp Mozambique, new on the menu. She loved it. It's tangy without being hot (spicy) unless you're from MN or WI. They're gonna need a bigger place. Don't change the name so I can find it next time we're in the area!"
"This little restaurant has amazing New England Seafood. They have Ipswich Clams which are extremely difficult to find. They serve them steamed or fried. Their lobster rolls are delicious and served with coleslaw and french fries. Joe gave us a choice of lobster bisque or clam chowder on the house because we wore blue! Joe is the owner and is extremely friendly. Emily served us our food and explained that the lobsters are from Bar Harbor Maine! Everything is fresh and made to order. Very friendly place with great food! Don’t miss out on fresh seafood!"
