"This is where happiness goes to die. You never wait less than 20 minutes. They never have more than 1/2 the menu. Tonight I ordered at a kiosk and watched them help 3 kiosk orders that finished after me and 2 counter people. I stared at my drinks finished for 5 minutes and when I finally inquired - they were like oh we don’t have donuts. Dunkin’ Donuts didn’t have donuts. Rather than say that they just didn’t call the order?!? I waited 20 minutes to have to ask about my order and they didn’t even have it. If this wasn’t every time we went I wouldn’t have bothered to post, but it is."

"I agree with all these bad reviews. The service Is abysmal. How can it take 20 min to pour a cup of coffee and toast a stupid bagel? 2 people working, one seemed efficient. The lady taking the orders was clueless. What a mess, would have been must faster to go to any sit down restaurant and order for and eat it."

"Service is just bad. Ordered from the kiosk. How is a person supposed to know a staff person is going to call out donuts/drinks and a different staff person will call out the food orders. Found this out when I got snapped at inquiring about the rest of the order. One elderly person slowly got up to get their order. I witnessed the staff person run out of patience and take the order back to the back. Turkey sausage muffin was horrible. Sausage tasted odd. A microwaveable sandwich would of been better. Burnt hash browns. Donuts get a pass."
