"My only problem with Popeye's is they have discontinued Cajun Rice on there menu's here in the State of Florida, and No one can give me a correct answer as to why? This is my only reason that I visit there Store's."

"My wife and I stopped ordering food from this Popeyes a little over a year ago due to the fact that they never get our order correct. I wasn't aware that fast food took a PHD in astrophysics, neurology, or rocket science. Regardless, we decided that maybe this was long enough, and maybe they've hired an Einstein... BUT NO!!! per usual, we did not get what we paid for, and to top it off, my wife drove back to get the correct order, and they closed before the hours stated. Dear God, hire someone there who can count without using their fingers and toes... at least someone who can read and comprehend a simple food order."

"Spent $11 for a blackened chicken sandwich fries and a drink. Also a biscuit. The fries where ice fold. The sand which was ok but had Mayo slapped all over the outside bun. The biscuit was good. The tables were mostly dirty as were the trash cans. The employees were loud and boisterous. The place was dead at 1230 Wonder if someone out there is wondering why. Never ever again"

"First let me say I love Popeyes chicken. But this location is by far the worst I have been to. I waited 40 minutes for my order. Chicken was under cooked, I ordered an extra mash potatoes large both were Half way filled. Employees complaining about customers telling them it was the worst experience they had. Other employees giving food to their friends without paying for it. I one at the front counter, all were in the back. No compensation for waiting longer than the usual (15) minutes for any order. Discussing with other employees to tell customers they are out of spicy chicken, just because they didn’t want to make it. Service was so bad, I recommend all the employees get retrain, or just close the place down."
