Lil Pals Preschool

"Really Disappointed in the professionalism of this school. My daughter was enrolled in the VPK program (part-time) and on the second day she was already put on a probation period because she will take off her shoes and socks. Keep in mind its her first time in a school setting since she has never been on a daycare setting l. So, instead of trying to get to know her and work closely with her the staff ( teachers, assistants and even the director) would put her in a high chair isolated from everyone waiting for her to calm down instead of having a well-trained professional calm her down. It was not until my mother drop her off the next week and even the volunteer at the door told her to be by the phone in case my daughter needed to be picked up before regular time. By that it shows how they were already picking on my daughter and expecting for her to misbehave. I literally got a call within not even 30 mins after her drop off requesting for someone to pick her up before regular dismissal. The lack of professionalism and well trained staff amazes me. I am sure this also has to do with the fact that since she was only enrolled in a part time program(free) they didn't show any initiative to try and make it work but instead insinuated my daughter needs to go to a special school that can help her with her behavior. And to finalize l just called the school to notify I will not be sending my daughter back to this school and if they are able to put all her belongings to a side including any release papers I need to sign for Friday to pick up and inform the DIRECTOR how disappointed I am of the services provided and she just said “okay, uhu and hung up”. This really blows my mind, this are the people we are trusting with our children."

"Lil Pals is a childcare facility with a nice, clean, and safe environment. The teachers are nice and speak both English and Spanish. The facility also has a VPK program, and has vans to transport children to school as well as picking children up from school for afterschool care. Lil Pals transports to and from the local schools in the area. The facility also has a summer camp program for school aged children where they attend field trips and participate in other activities. My 3 children love attending the facility."

"Lil pals is a cozy, clean daycare, VPK, and after school program with a loving and well trained staff. There's an ample food program. There's also lots of safe space outdoors for children to play. Vans available for morning runs to area schools and afternoon transport from schools to aftercare."

"From the first day my 1 1/2 year old granddaughter went there, she liked it, and so did I. The staff is welcoming, caring, kind with kids and adults. I don't know about other places much, but I definitely have to give them an excellent rating. I am the one bringing her there 4 days out of 5 so I get to see the staff often. I also have a 7 year old which goes there after school and she always has nice things to say about them. I wish there was a way to give them a award because they deserve it."
