"This daycare has been so great for my family. The staff is very caring and loved my kids and it showed. My kiddos felt comfortable going here and looked forward to going. We moved away and my 3 year old always says he wants to go back to his old daycare. Thank you for loving my kids like your own "
"At first, they were very nice to us. My daughter was there since she was about two months old. We had small issues, but they were rectify very quickly but once you tell them about employees behavior, they turn on you like a bunch of vultures and point out your fault and your issues you cannot get your point across instead they just cut you off.And yes my daughter may have a runny nose but color coming out but that is still not a way to treat people they would never call me but I always call my wife sometimes my wife cant get the phone in time because she is working. They refuse to refund me my money as my daughter was not there the entire week they are only looking out for themselves and not the people who actually keep that place open so just a fair warning to anyone who works very hard for the money. Do your research before you go to any daycare. Update as of 02/06/2023 I sent them a certified letter & an email asking for the money back & they have not responded to my letter or my email nor have they bothered to offer refunding me the money. Again do you research before choosing any daycare especially when you have fork over a lot of money for someone to watch your child."
"My two sons went to this school for almost two years. My oldest was having trouble and kept getting sent home so i decided to unenroll them and find a place thats able to work better with a hyperactive child after being called Wednesday morning at 845am to come pick him up because they were having trouble with him. My son cried on the way home saying he was a bad boy...which he has never heard from me or his Dad. Today i get a call threatening me with legal action because i stopped payment on a check for this week. Not only do i have two weeks of vacation each year, my kids were both out last week with covid which they caught at school! I agreed to pay the two days but since they want to threaten me im not doing another thing. I was a good parent, i never paid late and i helped raise over 500 dollars for the school. The new owner is the daughter of original owners and has no idea how to run a business. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but my son was clearly not wanted there by management once she took over. Shelly kept telling me that the owner savannah was the reason they were all the sudden sending my son home every other week. I guess when a child acts out thats the new rules. The one positive about the daycare is the teachers, Ms. Lisa is amazing, my son absolutely loved her. My youngest started there when he was 2 months old and we are heartbroken to have to be starting over and taking them away from their friends. For them to threaten legal action against me is just disgusting. I could never do this to a family that spent two years at my facility."
"This was the first time my son went to daycare and I was such a nervous momma. The teachers were very kind and reassuring. My son has been here over a year and loves his teachers. Shelly has always been very great when I need her as well as all the staff. Glad we found it."
