"No one answered the phone for 2 days straight. I drive out there during their posted business hours and the place is closed."

"I spent several hundred dollars here for two tests. I got the results for the most expensive test in a timely manner, but only because I called. Despite submitting forms authorizing disclosure of results to my email, I had to reiterate all of this information when I called. And I never got the results of another test despite multiple calls and e-mails. I had to go to another location at my expense and get another test. Be careful when you call this location if you don't like being laughed at by the owners while your call is put on speakerphone for the entire waiting room to hear. Also, there's a very high possibility the results of your urine test will be discussed with strangers in the waiting room. If you hear "Era limpia" from the woman at the front desk to a complete stranger uninvolved in your situation, great news! You're clean. You just got the results of your test. Eileen probably shouldn't make assumptions about who speaks Spanish and who doesn't. :) Just go to Winter Park. They're professional and you don't have to beg for the results you paid for. And don't bother calling corporate in Atlanta. They'll give you the run-around and put you on speakerphone there as well. Culture runs from the top down."

"I have no words to describe this place of business, I don't. I have so many negative things to say about this place and staff that I don't know where to start. The staff is unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. The office and bathroom are dirty and filthy. I was asked to leave the sample on the countertop without a cover. If I could give less than one start for this lab ... would give 0. The visit was done the first week of August 2022."
