"Fantastic and unwinding experience all the way through! Cindy was really receptive, responsive and aware. She made accommodations for us with short notice. Nathan was fantastic and really put us at ease. I can’t say enough about the massage!!! I can now fully turn my neck, something I haven't been able to do for months. I've gone to upscale places and received massages before, but this was the best massage and experience I've ever had! My spouse relished his massage as well and feels very relaxed. We did not catch his masseuse’s name but she was beautiful inside and out just amazing service! Best wishes on all your pursuits we will see you soon!"
"My husband booked me a massage with Winny after finding out I was pregnant. She took all my stress away and made me feel beyond relaxed. Winny has the hands of an angel. 10/10 would recommend. I also got to sit by the pool after and it was a great way to end an already relaxing experience."
"Booked an appointment for me and my wife, excellent spa. We had Winny, she was amazing !!!! Definitely will be booking again with her."

"Out by the pool is prob the way to do this, but inside was wildly disappointing. I couldn’t believe such a nice hotel would think a tiny little room with a curtain dividing two beds should be called a “spa”. There’s a fountain in the room but it’s not like a cute little trickle of water. It’s like a pouring hose sound that reminding me of filling the horse trough when I was a kid. Not relaxing and definitely made me have to pee!! Not to mention you just have to listen to the massage next to you. So halfway thru my time someone else comes in and is telling her therapist her MEDICAL HISTORY before her massage. In plain earshot. Why not talk outside? Or build an actual massage space? Who knows? Not me. There was no intake form and my therapist never asked one question before we began. As an ex massage therapist why didn’t I run at this red flag? I don’t know. I’m not a talkative person. I don’t wanna have a conversation during a massage. I never think workers should have to smile and go the full nine yards constantly, but I do think you should enforce the safety protocols you were taught. She was more interested in her phone than being present in the treatment and it showed. Not the worst massage but definitely top 5 worst I’ve had ever. I could even let all that slide but she also drained my limbs improperly (away from instead of towards the heart). With so many things that broke my brain as an ex LMT I genuinely don’t understand if they are even licensed? Oh and Cherry on top, my face rest was dirty and I had to put a paper towel over it to feel comfortable. I got to use the pool after which was honestly pretty gross and definitely needed to be skimmed. Bar opened an hour late as well despite several guests calling to request the service. Not really one to post bad reviews, but there was just so much…"
