"Do Not.. Let them work on your car. No common sense.. they are lost.. they are not real mechanics or mechanically inclined..they couldn't take my wheel off.. she said I should have told the lady at the register that I had locks on my wheel..who don't have locks on there wheel?making excuses why she could figure out how use the 17mm socket to loosen the lugs..I had to show them in the parking lot how to take off a tire..real sad..that this generation lazy don't work or want to learn to do the bare minimum ..A real manager that cared about the service dept. would have did something..an got it done.. Especially something as simple as changing the tire..Your Fired!"

"Like everyone in modern day society, we frequent Walmart pretty regularly. This evening, a Sunday evening, was a better experience than usual and gives me hope for future visits. The shelves were well stocked, there were shopping carts ready and available at the entrance for us to use. There were friendly staff who actually interacted with us rather than avoiding us. As we approached the check-out, a lady who must have been a manager directed us to an open register and wished us a good evening. While we still had to check-out ourselves, the bags were stocked and the check out register worked without a problem. Yes, these may be lower standards than we'd like, but it was a pleasant shopping experience for a change. Kudos to that lady manager in the sequined red top!"

"My son waited 2.5 hrs. to get the groceries he ordered the evening prior. No one came out to explain anything or apologize. He called the inside of the store and was told to call the number on the pickup side. When he called that number no one answered...go figure. A lady walked up and tried to knock on the door and no one answered. No one should have to wait like that. Where is the customer service? He doesn't have money to cancel and respend while he waits on a refund nor should he have to. He was given a time and he was there. Again, where is the customer service? I'm sure Walmart will have some lame excuse and nothing will be done to improve."

"I recently had a positive shopping experience at the Walmart located on Ogeechee Rd in Savannah, GA. The store was well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I found a wide variety of products at reasonable prices, and the checkout process was efficient. The cleanliness of the store and the availability of parking added to the overall convenience. I appreciate the efforts of the staff in maintaining a pleasant shopping environment. I will definitely be returning for my future shopping needs."
