"I brought in a container of used motor oil in a trash bag and didn't realize the bag had a hole and the flow valve had opened. I was all the way in the back of the store before I realized I'd dripped a trail of oil all over their floor. Without missing a beat, the young man helping me said it was no problem and immediately grabbed a mop to clean it up. He could've made me feel bad for making a mess, but instead he cheerfully took it upon himself to serve by correcting a mistake that wasn't his."
