"My Husband wanted to get his haircut today so we came by, my one year old son also got a hair cut! Both the ladies working this morning were amazing! They were so sweet and treated us just like family! My son didn't cry at all! Im not sure of her name but she was so sweet to him and very patient when he was nonstop moving and his haircut is so cute!!! Even gave me an envelope to keep his hair in since it was his first haircut!! Thank you so much! Keep doing what your doing because y'all are amazing!!!"
"ETA: I came this afternoon at 6:40 pm to give them another chance. The employee has the gate half closed and said she was closing, when they advertise that they close at 8pm. She told me she could do it "real quick" so I said no thanks because I don't want a rushed haircut. Disappointed again. I had an appointment at 9:30 am. I showed up at about 9:25 am and the shop was still locked without an employee in sight. I walked into Walmart to look around until 9:30 am. I walked back to the salon around 9:28 am and a stylist had just got to work. I told her I had a 9:30 am appointment and she stated that she was running late that morning and that her 9 am just arrived so I would have to wait. I was unable to wait 45 minutes or I would have made my appointment for later. Not only was the stylist late but she first took her appointment when that person arrived 30 minutes late. No apology or attempt to reschedule."
"I love my hair and if there was a possibility of giving like 10 Stars I would give it to to young ladies that was there the day that I'm here they let me pick seven colors for a very reasonable price and it looks absolutely amazing. I don't recall there names but I have a feelings they are still there and will be there for a long time till they out grow the small space... They are color experts!"
"Last time I got my hair colored mid May in their Winter Haven, Fl location. I haven't found a regular salon since moving to GA. Since the color lasted pretty well, versus other pricier salons I've been to, why not try one more time. Root touch up, shampoo, conditioner, and style for $65. Usually I spend from the range of $120 - $300. And the outcomes have been far worse. I'll see how long this lasts. It will determine if i go back."
