"I am a hairstylist who drives to McDonough Cosmoprof from Griffin. I have always found what I need and the staff is awesome. I spend hundreds of dollars a month in this store BUT I do find it VERY inconvenient that they do not have a public restroom. Very hard to relax and concentrate after a 30 minute drive if you have to pee. No public restroom in the whole shopping center. The Macon store has no problem letting you use the restroom. It needs to be addressed"

"Very disappointed. Went to grab a few things today and made sure to rush and be there 30 minutes before closing. Clearly states on the door closes at four. However the door was locked and everything was shut down. Pretty sure I saw the employee rushing to drive away so she completely ignored us and left. Will not be back."

"It sucked,!! I get a birthday $10 off coupon email ,cashier or Mgr don't know how to discount it out, email does not say I had to spend x amount of $ to get the $10 off. So I walked out an went across town to buy the exact same item. Every time I've shopped there (2 TIMES) I've always had a problem. Not shopping there anymore. An goin to call head over company about this. This is B.S."

"I recently purchased a set of Wahl clippers and edgers. They were defective. I did two men's clipper cuts and they left "rows" in my clients hair. The edgers "nipped" my clients neck. I tried to return them two day later with less than desirable customer service from Cosmo Prof. I was told to contact Wahl. Why? The clipper set is defictive. The girls at Cosmo Prof said it's their store policy. She learned this, after I did after taking another associate to the back and deciding what they were and were not going to do. That is disgusting in our industry. She then explained that that Cosmo Prof couldn't do a return or a simple exchange because I had opened, and used the clippers to do a haircut. Which explained that there is no way I would have know the Wahl clipper set I purchased was defictive unless I actually used them to do a haircut. Now what!?!? Poor customer service and a poor product. I have been a hairstylist for almost 22 years. Wahl was the best!!! Unfortunately, not my first problem with them. I absolutely should not ever have to go through Wahl and chase that bull. The return/exchange policy is ridiculous. Especially in a company that caters to the professional. Not what I expected from Cosmo Prof or Wahl!!!!! Again! My unappreciated customer service was at the McDonough Georgia store. For what its worth....please make this right. All I'm asking for is a return or exchange on a set of professional clippers. Thanks you."
