"I finally tried this salon out and I loved the experience. The wash and steam treatment was included in my service. Everyone there was very friendly and greeted me with a smile when I walked in. I was seated with the first stylist that was available which was Tee. She was very professional and did an amazing job on my lemonade braids. The part I loved the most was that the braids didn’t hurt as bad as I expected because I’m very tender headed. Overall love the aesthetic and vibe at the shop I would definitely recommend booking with Tee!!"
"I have been coming here off an on for years and the only consistent thing is poor service. The stylists are consistently late and do not even offer an apology. I had a 10AM appointment for my daughter and it is presently 10:45 and the stylist isn't even here - Jazzariah Frinson. To make it worse, there are four stylists with no one in their chair and NOT ONE offered to help. I find it funny that the deposit was taken off of my card quickly, though. Never again!"
"Finally got around to doing a review. A great disappointment. Didn’t listen to what I asked for and my hair style didn’t even last a week. Was cut too short for me to do anything with it . Was given a touch up perm and trim within a 3 WEEK PERIOD from initial. Spoke to an out of town relative retired hairstylist who said that is a big NO NO and was possibly padding the bill. What was done shouldn’t have been done especially on an older person with fine hair and it is a stylist job to not only style but to inform, advise and do what’s best for the client. Obviously the high ratings are not from all the stylists but based on the original owners reputation who unfortunately was not my stylist. This was my first bad experience with a stylist and hopefully my last."
