"Heat damaged my hair! My hair is natural, and I came in for a style and trim, which I do every 3 to 4 months. After my service, I noticed that my hair smelled strongly of chemicals mixed with a burnt smell. I didn't trust it, so after a day, I showered my silk press out and noticed that some of my hair came out in clumps and all my curls are gone!! Every time I step out of the shower, it looks like I just got a blowout. It's been 4 days. Idk if whoever did my hair forgot to lut heat protectent on it, but i'm very disappointed with my results, and I'm going to my home salon to see what I can fix."
