"I am writing this review because I had an appointment scheduled and Rockafro contacted me to reschedule the appointment because they scheduled it with the wrong stylist. So I went ahead and reschedule for a later date. The day before the appointment they contacted me again to reschedule the time because something happened with this stylist. I asked them to contact me to discuss. I was very professional on the phone stating their time is valuable and so is mine and I do not think it is fair basically that I have to make arrangements again. The response was she does not want to be confrontational and they are accommodating me. How this was handled was very unprofessional so I decided to cancel the appointment and no longer spend my money at this location. And they say support our black businesses."

I love ❤️ that she listens to what client is wanting and when it comes to braiding, she has a light touch, but braiding is neat and great. Rockafro’s atmosphere is also welcoming.
